Some new customer comments…

Some new comments we’ve received recently from customers:

Karen has a lovely manner, both over the telephone and on a face to face basis. She remains calm and helpful and you’re left in no doubt the job will get done on time.

Having only used XIC once, it’s hard to judge the last comment. However I certainly felt that our business was important and that responses were handled quickly.

This was a last minute request & we were really unsure if the pop-up stand would be ready in time. Grant was really helpful & started working on our request pretty much straight away. Very impressed with the service.

Fantastic service. Very customer focused. Highly professional. Above and beyond expectations. My happiness factor is Sky High. Would recommend to everyone.

High quality finish on time. What more could I ask for. Well, Jaffa Cakes are always good :-)

Half of the brochures have been taken for an oil exhibition in Egypt, and they are a valuable marketing tool for CIE. Overall, XIC has played a major role in Completion & Intervention Engineering Ltd rebranding strategy and has performed superbly. What’s the Point…

Since day one, we’ve worked hard to be innovative in our thinking.

Thinking outside the box as they say, has been our philosophy right from the start, which is quite funny when you realise the amount of boxes we use to produce all our orders.

You probably weren’t aware that we were the first printer in Scotland to introduce Apple McIntosh technology to generate completed artwork. Honestly, we were, way back at the beginning of the 1990′s.

We were also the very first Scottish company to be awarded the UK Printer of the Year by the British Association of Print and Communication back in 1998. And we were also the first in this neck of the woods to introduce a CTP system. (CTP, computer to plate, is an imaging technology used in modern printing processes. In this technology, an image is created in a DTP application, is output directly to a printing plate instead of film and then a plate, thefore ensuring the quality is much higher).

We’re always on the look out at how we can do things better and how being better can benefit our customers.

Otherwise, what’s the point?
