I hear there have been some changes at XIC and Halcon? What's going on?
As of Wednesday 14th December 2011, the business of Halcon Print and Design in Stonehaven was acquired by xpress image communications (XIC)
What will you be called?
The Halcon name will be dropped over time and the company will be known as XIC.
Will I be able to deal with the same people that I am used to?
Yes, Director Murray Hadden and the current staff at Halcon have automatically transferred, so you can continue to deal with the same people.
Can I still use the same telephone number and email address to get in touch?
Yes, for the time being, the contact details will remain the same. Although you can also use the main switchboard number on 01224 878799.
Can I still visit the office in Stonehaven?
No, the office will close with immediate effect and all business will be transferred to our 10,000ft2 production factory in Altens, Aberdeen.
Can I visit the Aberdeen office then?
Yes, we welcome personal visitors to the factory. Parking is free and we would love to show you round!
What sort of equipment do you have?
We currently have an extensive range of litho and digital presses, together with a comprehensive plant list of finishing equipment. However much of the equipment, including the litho presses currently at Halcon have transferred.
Who will I receive my invoices from?
With immediate effect, your invoices will be issued by Fawcett Print Services Ltd t/a Xpress Image Communciations.
I've never dealt with xic. Are you a reputable company?

What services do you offer then?
Well, in addition to the lithographic print, we also offer digital and large format printing, as well as in-house design, display and marketing services.
