DISPATCH CO-ORDINATOR

XIC, Graphix House, Aberdeen. Office based

Part-time (25-30hrs per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Dispatch Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that goods are prepared, processed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and maintains a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client orders for dispatch, including packaging and labelling of goods.
  • Generate paperwork using company software systems.
  • Ensure all outgoing orders meet company quality standards.
  • Keep dispatch area organised and compliant with filing systems.
  • Work closely with the production and sales team to meet daily deadlines.
Skills & Experience
Essential
 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
Desirable
 
  • Dispatch experience within a manufacturing environment.
