It’s the end of another month, which means we have more updates for you straight from XIC HQ!
Read on to find out more about the sponsorship and exhibition opportunities for this year’s Safety Expo, an exciting project for Archer’s SafeDay campaign, and more…
Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities revealed for The Safety Expo
While the expo is a fantastic occasion for attendees to network with QHSE-related organisations, The Safety Expo also presents a unique opportunity for local businesses to sponsor the event.
We have carefully designed three distinct sponsorship packages that will help businesses have a great presence with attendees.
There is also still time for businesses to sign up for an exhibition stand during the event. In 2023, we welcomed more than 560 registrants for The Safety Expo – a number that we are expecting to surpass with this year’s event. We encourage those interested in exhibiting to enquire soon before spaces are gone!
Don’t miss a single update about this year’s Safety Expo by following our dedicated LinkedIn page! Here you will find consistent updates in the lead up to the event on 19 September including guest speaker announcements, free ticketing information, and more.

The XIC team’s favourite creative print project of 2023
At XIC, we consider ourselves very fortunate to have the privilege of working with a vast array of exciting clients on their design, print and display projects.
In 2023, we worked across a variety of industries with businesses located in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and further afield, which makes it difficult to pick a favourite creative print project for the year.
Yet, a project that stood out to our team was for our client Borr Drilling which conveyed an important message around health and safety in the workplace.

Marketing collateral for Archer’s SafeDay campaign
Our latest project spotlight turns focus to our recent work with Archer; a global leader in the supply of best-in-class drilling and well services for the energy industry.
Archer’s QHSE team got in touch with our experts for help with its upcoming campaign which aimed to be informative, focusing on its suite of safety tools and the importance of workplace safety.
The client asked XIC to design a unique brand for the campaign, and to develop marketing collateral that would convey its key messages.

Get prepared for events season with the help of XIC
Our number one tip for the event season is, and always has been, be prepared. Too often our experts have come across exhibitors that are frantically organising marketing materials for an event because they have left it until the last minute.
We encourage our customers to work with XIC in advance of an upcoming event to ensure they make the best impression possible with attendees, and that the event is worthwhile.
Check out our latest blog post to discover the benefits of working with XIC throughout your event calendar, and to see how you can achieve an event stand just like this one we delivered for Clyde Training Solutions.

Another month of successful branded merchandise projects!
Our branded merchandise capabilities, made possible by our innovative direct-to-object printer, has proved to be very popular with a number of clients.
We supplied these gift sets for STR as they invited clients to a day out at the recent Scotland vs England rugby match in the capital. The goodies went down very well with guests, which included a miniature gin, shortbread, and an STR-branded hip flask.
Meanwhile, our experts delivered these personalised notebooks for John Clark Motor Group’s business conference. These featured its branding, personalisation for the guest, and an outlined drawing of Gleneagles to commemorate the location of the conference.
