Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities revealed for the North-east’s biggest QHSE event

Following the success of the 2023 Safety Expo, the North-east’s biggest QHSE event is making its return to P&J Live on 19 September and promises an even greater showcase of local safety-related products, services and solutions.

While a great occasion for attendees to network with local organisations and discover the potential of these QHSE-related solutions, The Safety Expo presents a unique opportunity for local businesses to sponsor the event. The three packages have been designed to help businesses have an even greater presence with attendees:

Gold Package

  • 3×2 stand (including shell scheme, two chairs and a table)
  • 1/4 page advert in programme
  • Roller banner positioned at breakout area
  • Link to your business on the Safety Expo website
  • Logo shown on all communication/social media as a main sponsor

Silver Package

  • 3×2 stand (including shell scheme, two chairs and a table)

  • Roller banner positioned at breakout area

Bronze Package

  • 3×2 stand (including shell scheme, two chairs and a table)
  • 1/4 page advert in programme

While spaces are filling up, there is still time for local businesses to join the line-up of exhibitors. The 2023 event welcomed more than 560 registrants – this number is expected to be surpassed at this year’s expo, making the 2024 edition an even greater opportunity for local businesses to showcase its capabilities in the QHSE market to potential customers and suppliers.
