DISPATCH CO-ORDINATOR

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Dispatch Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that goods are prepared, processed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and maintains a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client orders for dispatch, including packaging and labelling of goods.
- Generate paperwork using company software systems.
- Ensure all outgoing orders meet company quality standards.
- Keep dispatch area organised and compliant with filing systems.
- Work closely with the production and sales team to meet daily deadlines.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
Desirable
- Dispatch experience within a manufacturing environment.
