Levelling up the training room of NOV Digital Services

Brief
Following the success of our previous office enhancements, NOV Digital Services approached us to reimagine its training room. The existing space needed a refresh and a new lease of life to create a more inspiring environment – something brighter, more welcoming and aligned with its brand identity.
Confident in our approach, the client gave us complete creative freedom over the layout, material choices and execution. With only the text and imagery supplied, we were free to deliver a space that was not only functional but visually impactful.
Design
The transformation brought together a mix of creative techniques and sustainable solutions. At the centre of the design was a wall-mounted Tension Fabric System (TFS) which added a sleek, frameless finish with eco-printed, interchangeable graphics. We also incorporated a custom-wrapped print with built-in clock to complement the main display – a novel idea developed by our team.
Architectural vinyl was also used to refresh existing furniture, offering a cost-effective alternative to buying new. Printed and shape-cut vinyl, updated door graphics and wall-mounted equipment, pulled everything together into a considered and impactful space.
Results
The end result? A comprehensive enhancement solution that brought together multiple visual techniques, materials and showcased our capabilities.
By taking the decision to wall-mount the equipment and declutter the space, the room immediately felt more open, organised and user-friendly. The introduction of the versatile TFS and bespoke design elements added real visual impact while making significant cost savings.
The training room is now a modern, professional environment that encourages engaged learning.
